The foundation of Salvation is Repentance. That is because we have violated the nature of God’s holiness and now in Christ, we have a means of restoration, however, it requires us to acknowledge our sinfulness and turn away from it. Repentance. Without repentance, there is no salvation from the consequences of our sins.
